Throughout my first ten years at DuPont, I had always made it known to HR, my supervisors, and anyone who would listen that I wanted an international assignment. Every year, during my personnel review, I made sure my desire to work overseas was noted. Working hard and performing well, I developed a solid track record of delivering new business and customer sales that spoke for itself.
